The Need-To-Know Particulars: 1. Comments: Your comments should relate to the people and the event pictured.
2. We reserve the to edit your comments for spelling, length etc.
3. No anonymous pictures. Your name and address must accompany all submissions to be considered for publication.
* However, at your request, last names will be replaced with initials.
4. Permission to publish is implied by entry submission.
5. Nothing illegal or offensive will be accepted.

To submit your pictures:
Email to: NCE Editor
Include pictures as attachments.
Be sure to:
a. Identify the people in the picture
b. Tell us the name and location of the event
c. Provide the date - month and year is okay
d. Include comments if you would like
